Who we are

This website is operated by Joala, a digital agency. For any question about your data, contact us at contact@joala.app.

What we collect

When you use the project form, we collect the information you choose to give us: name, email address, phone number, company, and the details of your project.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use this information only to answer your request, prepare a proposal and follow up with you. We never sell it or share it for marketing purposes.

Who receives it

Your request is sent by email to the Joala team through our email provider. It is not shared with anyone else unless required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep project requests for up to 3 years after our last exchange, then delete them, unless we work together and a contract requires longer retention.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time by writing to contact@joala.app. We reply within one month.
